bindLanguageFlagsToggle works for desktop and toggleFlags tries to toggle mobile menu but doesn't work actually.

  • Use bindLanguageFlagsToggle for both buttons.
  • Style and fix mobile menu language flags toggleing.

I reccomend to fix this issue first: #98
