Registration does not go through, no redirects occurring as well

Description:
A client reported that the registration does not work while WPUM reCaptcha addon is active within their site. As I checked with only WPUM and WPUM reCaptcha active, I was able to replicate the described issue.
There are no errors logged from the front and backend. The page just reloads.

Steps to replicate:
1.) Use only Wordpress default theme.
2.) Activate WPUM and WPUM reCaptcha only
3.) Try the registration.
