AI is unable to die from power loss

the AI cannot lose power

Difference between expected and actual behavior

expected: AI can lose power and die
actual: no power is lost from the internal capacitor , ever

Steps to reproduce

1: turn all power off
2: plop ai down

Specific information for locating

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Client version, Server revision & Game ID
