It would be great to be able to leave reminders for other people using the .remind syntax

Example would be as below.

[this would then remind Elf Benji about "example reminder" in ten minutes.]

To that end, it may also be useful to add a "mentions" parser so that the reminder can be sure that it has parsed a mention of a user.
