AsmResolver Discord Server

As per request, I just opened a new Discord server that we can use to host a more direct conversation about AsmResolver. The goal is to host a community where we can help each other, ask and answer questions, and discuss about potential new features and general development progress.

Please note that this server is not supposed to be a full replacement for the issues and discussion boards hosted on GitHub. All full bug reports are still supposed to be posted here on GitHub, and will probably only be addressed if they are. Discussion about issues, as well as any other talk related to the project is more than fine of course.
