Import from bookmarks html

I don't know if this is in the radar... I know the crates are more than simply keep bookmarks, but I think it would be a nice feature to allow importing links from a browser export. I would definitely use more the crates and get rid of keeping bookmarks in sync through a big tech, especially in times of privacy risks like this.

I can collaborate with some code if this looks like a nice feature for the owner.
