Fix tree and graph-chart processors

• add dependencies
• Charts: usable but buggy
  • fix chart width and heights (wrong scaling width)
  • fix chart rescale error messages (NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, etc)
• Trees: unusable ❌
  • find/fix tree d3 require bug
