Add Toolbar

This feature request is to add a toolbar which (eventually) can be propagated with all the necessary items. Things that could exist on this toolbar include:

• Config. This allows various settings to be configured, such as dependencies and whether verification is enabled or not.
• Files. This allows one to see source files associated with the project.

Initially, should add the config option and move the existing checkboxes from the main window.
