HuskChat 1.0.1 - Fixed /mute & added pass through option

This release of HuskChat fixes the plugin not respecting if players were muted by other plugins and adds an option to pass through chat to the server the player sent it from.

• Chatting will now respect whether or not the player's chat event has been cancelled (usually by /mute commands for instance)
• You can now specify a passthrough: true/false option in a channel to have that channel pass through to the server the player is on.
