Add "-e" option in Dockerfile

Hello,
Small improvement, could you add the "-e" option with CMD in Dockerfile

CMD [ "/usr/bin/vlmcsd", "-D", "-d", "-e"]

This will allow use "docker compose logs -f" command line to and review logs.
