[FEATURE] Projects sheet

Please describe the basics of the feature you would like to see in the system
It would be nice to have the ability to track project sheets in the system (VTM Core: page 417 Appendix II: Projects)

Can this feature be handled by other Foundry modules? (Note, this doesn't disqualify a feature from being considered, but it does lower our priority to get to it)
In theory, it is possible to create a pdf file with a project sheet and import it through modules into the journal

Additional context
In general, I think this is not the most in-demand thing, but it would be nice to have it, if possible, at least as a tab in the coterie sheet
