German Navy duplications

I didn't want to remove it from my PR just incase it is needed:

GER_battleship_1890:0 "Kaiser Class" appears to be a duplicaiton.

I've also noticed that when testing my relevant PR, there are still a lot of German ships without descriptions and I'm not sure where to find them to add descriptions to them

Hello Spl99,

Some ships have only a title, other duplicate desc or duplicate titles, we've fixed some of them (Germans mainly) in today's commit: eceb20f
We think it will be much more readable and editable this way.

Out of interest @Wolferos, what is the timeline for the next public release? I'd like to do a bit more work and see if I can get more stuff into the next release but if its due soon I won't do anything crazy until after it.

We're very focused on the dev of Fields of History: The Great War atm so the only thing we know about the Mod is that the next release will probably be soon in early March (but we don't know yet when 🤔)
