Artillery and artillery companies

Currently, there are two artillery companies available.

The first one is not using not using artillery at all when added to the template and uses up inf. equipment instead, the second one, called ww2_artilllery is using 60 pieces of light art.

No company is available for heavy artillery. Also, when heavy art is added as line art. in the template, it does not seem to incur any attrition or battle loses (or at least they are not shown) when looked up in the war theater stats.
