My suggestion is to hide the 'Mark All as Read' button and the RSS Feed button for guests. In my opinion, the 'Mark All as Read' button is not necessary for guests and unnecessarily clutters the interface. This feature should only be visible to logged-in users.

Either it "clutters the interface" or not. If the answer is yes, it makes sense to change this for guests only. This argument therefore does not work. Also, both features work for guests as well. So I don't understand why it should be removed for guests.

Why?

Why? Is the "Mark All as Read" button functional for unregistered users? Why clutter the initial view with something that doesn’t work for guests? I understand the "Add Thread" button because clicking it can lead to registration or something similar, but "Mark All as Read" is unnecessary for unregistered users.

On the example of the official WoltLab forum and most internet forums on WoltLab, this button does not work for unregistered users. Using the example of the WoltLab forum, after logging out, new threads or replies are not displayed to me. Therefore, I suggest that the "Mark all as read" button should not be displayed in this option, as it is useless.
