feat: Post Register Member as a User

Only mentor approved are allowed (the other ones are going to be created via admin platform)

The mentor is going to receive an email to access the platform with a auto-generated password to be reseted.

Create api to register a allow mentor to change his password and them to login

check the current APIs:

• 1: Send registration email to mentor
• 2: Create the auto-generated password to the user and insert the user/pwd into the database with reset password requested
