Important notes:

• Unlike some previous new docs, the links in here are all valid. So, this is potentially ready to go whenever.
• Longer term, we need to add a "Using theme test data" document under the new "Guides" chapter. This would let us finally abandon the old Codex page that's currently linked in this document. I don't want the overhaul project to grow too large, but we should have a place to note the "things to do later" that we come across during this project.
