Make it easier to ignore certain error messages

Maybe allow providing a regex per line to ignore certain error message?

Useful when you don't want to skip a whole check but just some results.

I test the new --ignore-codes support mukeshpanchal27/performance#40 but it show error.

Error: Parameter errors:
 unknown --ignore-codes parameter
✖ Command failed with exit code 1
