Two factor authentication

Even though I provide MFA secret key, the D365 App asking for two factor authentication, please help me solve this

Thank you so much for the swift reply.

From what I see in the source code, It generates the 6 digit one time password and enters on the screen. I guess my user login is restricted to only receive notifications in my mobile at the time of notification. During which a two digit number is displayed on screen and we enter the same number on the authenticator app.
Do you have any samples which address to receive notifications for verifications?
