[Feature] 支持用户自定义 zstd 压缩等级 #323

目前 foss 版本没有看到可以调整压缩等级的选项. 我看到代码中应该是固定使用了压缩等级 1. 看过文档也没有相关说明. 希望在设置添加相关选项让用户自定义 zstd 的压缩等级, 让高性能的设备可以有效利用 CPU.
