Making some bot commands (next, clear) avaiable only for dm

Bot will check if your role has admin/manage channels or has name dm when this setting is active (like dj in music bots)

Tbh i feel like clear and remove makes more sense, since as a player i might want to click "Next turn" when i finish my turn. At the same time if i want to ruin experience i could just add as many players as i want.

Maybe slightly better option would be to create role that can use commands in general?

It could be either something like the Tiamat's channel - role is created by name (and found by name in case of bot restart) and person with that role can use commands
Or after clearing the list (or when bot resets) you have to use command /start @role and pinged role can use the bot till next clear/reset (and /start won't work anymore) - this would be nice if there is a role for given game, so only people in this game can use the bot when it is started (and eventually person with admin can clear the list so someone won't block the bot)
