MToon Shader does not behave as expected with lighting

what do you mean?
this is a normal MToon material with my main texture and my emission texture and I have not modified any of its settings to invert the lighting calculation

this shader needs looking into and the way it interacts with lighting and might be more appropriate to use a unlit version of it going forward ?

i havent seen this issue since on other mtoon models so im a little confused here easton can you retest it latest neos+ ??
