我提交 #309 这个pr ，其实我是不懂golang 的，斗胆询问一个问题
1, 假如真的返回了304 Not Modified，response的值是空置还是上一次的？
2. c.eTag是空的话 ，SetHeader("If-None-Match", c.eTag). 会产生什么效果
