More built-in sinks

This one is relatively straightforward. We currently only have a console and file sink, but it would definitely be beneficial to add a few more built in sinks, not just to make life easier for people using the library, but also as references for others making their own sinks. Maybe when #4 is finished, we should also add a couple of async sinks as well.
