Description

There's setting in Preferences > General Settings >Automatically reload changed file which should reload file if it's changed externally.

It's not working in CE2 (at least on 2024.13 Beta 2)

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open project with CE2 enabled
  2. Set Preferences > General Settings >Automatically reload changed file to ENABLED
  3. Open any script and keep it opened
  4. Right click on Script, and select Open in Explorer (or File Manager etc.)
  5. Manually edit Script.gml file, save
  6. Go to GM, check that there's no chagnes in script in CE2
  7. Close and open script - changes are now visible
