I would like to formally request an English translation for MissCat

Purpose (目的)

Add your clear idea of why we need this feature.

I am a Canadian MissKey user and English speaker. After testing several instances in all 3 major "Twitter" like fediverse software (MissKey, Pleroma and Mastodon), MissKey seems to be the one that is both most polished and contains an "instant messenger" style chat, even if it is not the most popular. MissCat appears to be the only iOS app other than SocialHub. After browsing the privacy policy for SocialHub, I do not want to use it due to the personally identifiable data it collects. I would like to use MissCat, however navigating the app is proving to be challenging as I do not speak or read Japanese.

If you have no objections, I might be able to help in translating using tools like Google Translate, although the results may be rough around the edges.

I just finished Translating the entire thing into english. It seems like it could be done threw localization but I wasn't worried about it. I'm wondering what the best way to move forward. Should I submit a new english-develop repo or just Fork it and upload it their? seems like I need to get some things installed to run it but I made sure to do all the comments and everything.

I guess you seems to need a few things to get it running and I'm trying to figure that out. I think you need "Starscream", "Misskeykit", and "Gifu" because they seems not to be there.

Trying to do a pull request but it says there are no changes between Wada's repo and the gitmolife repo. Never done a pull request before so maybe I'm doing something wrong. Could defango add the pull request?
