Ok, I can't help you to install Jigasi
For now, Jitsi for yunohost has some limitations (maximum two users and using chrome to have video), and I don't know how to solve it, so not sure adding a component will improve the package. But I can add that to my to do list...

humm just some idea, now that jitsi works well on all arch ;)
Jigasi could be implemented but as a separated service. like bridges for matrix app.
