对，我的12.2也是一样的报错，还是不能本地编译，版本太老了，docker国内镜像又崩了，就很难受

FYI, I constantly ran into this problem installing pyflex for softgym and flingbot. The solution is to build pyflex inside the docker container using cuda 9.2. The authors have provided a prebuilt docker image. Then, I use softgym outside of docker (on host machine). My cuda is 12.5. You'd run . ./prepare.sh to link the compiled pyflex to the host env. softgym and flingbot has this prepare.sh but this repo doesn't. But it's basically just setting paths like

export PYFLEXROOT=${PWD}
export PYTHONPATH=${PYFLEXROOT}/bindings/build:$PYTHONPATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${PYFLEXROOT}/external/SDL2-2.0.4/lib/x64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
