Auto-click hands

We should add rotating auto-clicking hands to add a little bit of lolz to the otherwise static page.
I'll come up with a graphical element for this, but someone should prepare the code.

Currently the first store item is not a automatic producer of goats. That's why I rename it : Goat click.

So is it still necessary to add cursor which not click for the user ?
