Objectives

  1. Create a MemoryDB with the following characteristics
    1. Redis compatibility
    2. Public access in VPC
    3. User called root with all permissions and a password
    4. Default KMS key
    5. db.t4g.small node size
    6. 2 shards, 1 replica per shard
