as E6's docs, djinn can be repaired automatically using pedestal
how can i do it in en6e?

Life Mending+Entity Tracker Upgrade

When an entity heals, items with Life Mending will have their durability recovered. Then you can use Entity Tracker Upgrade to transfer items to/from an entity
