error occur when hovering on events

if I drag the item,making the events are not in item,when the mouse hovers on events,it will display some information about the item.while the events in item,it won't show the information. Meanwhile, the functions "ItemEventMouseEnter, ItemEventMouseLeave. ItemEventClick" don't work.
