Netherstep/Frozenstep spawned blocks can be harvested via pistons or explosions

Netherstep and Frozenstep blocks can be harvested by moving them via pistons or removing it via explosions. There is not much to say about it other than there isn't really any code to prevent this. I also fixed the issue in PR #38 .
