This is tough one... shelling out to gpg has always been painful (gpg-agent etc.) and I'm unsure how convenient it is to use Go PGP library. There's also Sequoia PGP, but it's CLI is not available on repositories usually AFAIK.

Also system-managed PGP key? PGP on smartcard (YubiKey, NitroKey etc.)? https://github.com/Mic92/ssh-to-pgp?

Low priority, unless someone else needs/wants to tackle this.
