IRC entry message - better option? #22

Just set up ChanServ so that it shows an entry message to everyone joining through IRC webchats:
Hi! If you have a question, go ahead and ask it - CRImier will answer eventually (though he isn't always online). If you don't get an answer in time, feel free to email info@zerophone.org, or DM your email to CRImier
Is this good enough? The idea is - people sometimes join from KiwiIRC/Freenode webchat when I'm offline (say, sleeping), ask a question but receive no responses (or don't ask a question at all). I wonder if that will improve the situation.
