Need a bot to check links in Sourcing guidelines for 404 / other problems

There's a lot of links in our Sourcing guidelines for ZP parts, and they get outdated sometimes. We could use some kind of bot that would monitor those links and notify us when they get outdated - i.e. throw 404 or something like that.
