Check if git submodules are initialized properly, a corrupted submodule might not be obvious, re-run make init when in doubt.

How do I obtain my eMMC's cid for tee-supplicant --rpmb-cid?

cid can be obtained via sysfs, for example:

$ cat /sys/class/mmc_host/mmc2/mmc2:0001/cid
aaaa00313038474ae000e0a382eb13df

remember to replace mmc2 with your eMMC device id.
