[Bug?] Grabbing an item from the floor inventory window takes longer than right clicking the item on the floor

I have level 5 in both "Right Side" and "Familiarity".
When I grab a bucket of paint on the ground by right clicking the surrounding area, the action to grab it takes twice as long than if I were to grab the same item from the UI's "Floor" category in the inventory window.

The length of the action should be the same for whichever method I use to grab it from the floor.

My guess is that either "Right Side" or the "Familiarity" skill doesn't account for grabbing items outside the environment inventory window.
