Cant get the bot working

I cant get the bot working, has reinstalled everything 3 times and follow your guides on youtube and here. Try with terminus and the console at Ocean, still doesnt work.
And when after ive wrote "web-tgcf" and after that i cant put any commands, not even the commando clear working, so i have to shut down, and then i have to start all over again, because it cant even find anything...
