Description

The map currently has one large trip which is an export from Find Pengiuns. That's fine so far but we may want to have multiple trips in there.

E.g. the trip from Montréal to Toronto, the trip from Winnipeg to Calgary and the trip to Yukon and Alaska should be separated by color and description.

Notes

It would be even nicer to be able to select which ones are visible on the map.
Also old routes, from previous Canada trips could be integrated. See #61 for this.
