Add ability to create Etherpad from Event

Idea is that the basic info on the event, date and name, could be added to the Etherpad with the RSVP.

Sorry, what does this have to do with RSVPs?

I would imagine an etherpad integration might look like having a link on the event page that populates an etherpad with the basic event info and some template text on a preconfigured etherpad instance.

The template could include the list of people who rsvped

We usually copy the pad into the wiki, so the integration would be as you imagine.
