Becoming more opinionated

StartupToolchain is becoming more opinionated towards serving the needs of indies, solopreneurs and bootstrapping startups.

As I feel these are the people who need more support to cut down noise and increase capital efficiency.

Here are some changes to begin with,

1. Removed search and social media ads from promotion. Both of them in my experience doesn't result in good ROI unless we can allocate more budget than our competitors who are usually well-funded. Even then the conversions from paid digital ads are lesser than what we can get from organic promotions for the type of projects usually built by our target population.
2. Announcing that this list is opinionated.

Open Questions
Why is there an investment category?
It's true that our target population is not keen on seeking investment, But yet if someone from our target population would like to cease being a bootstrapping startup and seek investment then there is a category for it. Besides Grants, Freebies and Social Good startups funding needs a place and so I have kept the investment category.

Why are there some tools which cannot be afforded by our target?
Most likely because they have a generous free tier plan(e.g. AWS, GCP) which can be used for validating projects and then move on to paid services which can be afforded by our target.
