Robot motion is slow and laggy

I do not understand why my robot motion for the single robot is laggy (slow) in the office environment (it does not appear to move as fast as your videos). My gpu consumption is only at 25% so I doubt it is a gpu issue. My cpu consumption is high but I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this. Could you kindly assist on this? Thank you.

Do you use Sim2023 or Sim4.2?
