Change zbx_tg_tmp_dir in settings

Default value for zbx_tg_tmp_dir in zbxtg_settings.py is set to /tmp/ – IN OLD VERSIONS. NEW VERSION has /var/tmp/ as a storage dir, no need to read the text below if you are using new one.

Which means that after reboot (commonly) tmp dir will be erased and you will lost all your cached uids (for private and group chats).

It is strongly recommended to create a persistent directory.

I.e. /var/lib/zabbix/zbxtg, and make sure that script has the permissions to write to it.

The result should be: zbx_tg_tmp_dir = "/var/lib/zabbix/" + zbx_tg_prefix
