Serve laravel-echo lib via ably CDN #45

  • Serve laravel-echo via CDN hosted on cdn.ably.com
  • Update README for the same
  • This is needed for customers who directly want to use npm package via cdn.

Currently, we can serve the current package over unpkg.com.
But there's two issues with it

  1. It can be slow ( since CDNs are supposed to serve content faster )
  2. Not our official CDN
