some bug reports contain this note:
"This problem has been reported, but a Bugzilla ticket has not been opened. Our developers may need more information to fix the problem.
Please consider also reporting it to Bugzilla in order to provide that. Thank you."
to create a bugzilla ticket user have to register an account(or should be already a registered user) , and then create an API token.
why should user perform these steps? it should be an automated process, i guess. so user shouldn't worrying about manually creating account on bugzilla or tickets/api-tokens/etc. to ensure confidentiality and other policies, a one-time-confirmation of the automatic creation of tickets/any-other-technical-data may be provided.

You're that the experience should be much better. I am not sure if anonymous bug reports would work (what if developers have questions?), but forcing people to create API tokens might be going too "low level" for most people.
