Hi, does "Custom AI" behavior still work as described on the wiki?

I followed the steps and made a prototype app, but have not been able to activate this mode.

Is it possible to provide a simple working example? 🙇🏻‍♂️

Looking in Process Explorer, I do see the AcTools.CSP.NewBehaviour.CustomAI.CarPublic<N>.v0 files being created, so I'll keep poking around:
