Move File Generator to Command Palette for Improved Accessibility

The File Generator option in the Accord Project settings is currently not optimally located. Moving it to the Command Palette would provide easier access for users and better align with common user workflows.

Expected Behavior

The File Generator should be accessible from the Command Palette, allowing users to quickly generate files without navigating through the Accord Project settings.

The File Generator is currently located within the Accord Project settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Accord Project settings.
2. Locate the File Generator option.

This issue has been resolved.
Steps for Testing:

1. Click Accord Project Icon on statusbar.
2. This will open up the command palette.
3. See the Model Generation Wizard button, click on it and it will open file generator.
