Refactor code

I propose the following changes:

• integration of the bingo-functional package

• integration of PHPUnit for unit testing

• creation of a command-line tool

• a general refactoring of the entire codebase

Accomplished all goals listed above on top of integrating qaribou/immutable.php. I have set my sights on enhancing all aspects of the library, command line tool and other code embellishments inclusive.

I think the source code has the nested function callback.
For example, this function has this problem.
I think we have to refactor code amd reduce the nested functional callback.
And it can make the code readability and maintainable.

The collage of functions in the snippet is not a nested callback but rather, a chain of impure functions nested within an IO monad. Check out the following concepts:
