Add Comments on files to make code more dedescriptive

### What's your idea?

I think we need to add comments to all files, making each function or section more descriptive.
At a minimum, each file should include a comment at the top explaining its purpose and how it contributes to the overall functionality. It would be much easier for new webmaster or other contributors to understand and learn the code.
