The repository does not contain a relayer/ subdirectory; package.json, scripts, and sources are at the repository root. All tooling (Dockerfile, Cloud Build) runs yarn and yarn build from the root. The README’s cd relayer instruction appears to be a leftover from a different layout (e.g., monorepo) and leads to a broken install flow. This change updates the installation steps to run from the repository root, aligning documentation with the actual project structure.
